AI Social Media Prompts
Each social platform has different rules for what performs well. These prompts are designed to create platform-native content, not generic posts reformatted for each channel.
1. Platform-Specific Post Adapter
Best: ChatGPTI have this message: [paste core message]. Adapt it for: 1) Twitter/X (punchy, under 280 chars, with hook), 2) LinkedIn (professional angle, 200 words), 3) Instagram caption (casual, with CTA and hashtag suggestions), 4) TikTok script (15-second hook + value delivery). Maintain the core message but make each feel native to the platform.
ChatGPT handles format constraints well. Provide the target audience for each platform if they differ.
2. Viral Hook Generator
Best: ChatGPTGenerate 10 scroll-stopping hooks for posts about [topic]. Mix these types: bold claim, surprising statistic, question that challenges assumptions, "most people don't know" format, and "I spent [time] doing [thing]" format. Each hook should create a knowledge gap that makes people want to read more. Under 15 words each.
The hook determines whether anyone reads the rest. Test multiple hooks on the same content.
3. Community Engagement Replies
Best: ClaudeI got these comments on my post about [topic]: [paste comments]. For each, write a reply that: acknowledges their point, adds value (don't just say "thanks!"), extends the conversation, and subtly reinforces my expertise. Tone: [describe]. Keep replies under 3 sentences each.
Include the original post for context. Claude writes replies that feel genuine, not corporate.
4. Content Pillar Strategy
Best: ClaudeDesign a content pillar strategy for [brand/personal brand] on [platform]. Define 4-5 content pillars with: the topic area, why my audience cares, post frequency, content formats that work best, and 3 example post ideas for each. Include a ratio recommendation (e.g., 40% educational, 30% personal, 30% promotional).
Share your audience demographics and what's worked before. Claude designs strategies that balance growth with authenticity.
5. Hashtag Research
Best: PerplexityResearch hashtags for [niche/topic] on [platform]. Provide: 5 high-volume hashtags (100K+ posts), 10 medium-volume (10K-100K), 5 niche-specific low-volume ones, and 3 branded hashtag suggestions. For each, explain why it's relevant and estimate competition level. Suggest an optimal mix per post.
Perplexity can check current hashtag trends. Platform-specific tags perform better than generic ones.
